We recommend that you machine wash your all-over-print t-shirt in cold water with similar colors and tumble dry on low heat. Do not use bleach or iron the design.

We recommend that you refer to our size chart, which provides measurements for each size. Please measure yourself carefully and choose the size that corresponds to your measurements.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our all-over-print T-shirts are manufactured in Hong Kong/ China.

We would love to manufacture our products domestically in the USA. We have looked at every opportunity to do it, however, it’s just not feasible as the production costs would not allow us to offer a competitive price point to consumers.

We hand-select each factory we work with and work hard with them to ensure that every product is to the highest standard and is legally and socially carried out to our exacting standards.

We work hard with our partners in China to ensure that each and every cover meets industry standards for quality, safety, fair labor, ethical business practices, and environmental responsibility.

If you are purchasing our all-over-print t-shirts, the cost of shipping will depend on the shipping method you choose.

We offer two options:

Standard shipping for $6.99 for the first item and an additional $2 for each subsequent item, which will be shipped from Asia and take 8-12 business days to arrive.

Fast shipping for $19.99, which will be shipped from the US and take 3-5 business days to arrive.

Please choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.

Production time

The average production time for our all-over-print t-shirts is 2.5 business days. However, in 90% of cases, the production time is 4 business days. We also offer a production time guarantee of 7 business days, which means that your order will be shipped within 7 days of placing it. Please note that these production times do not include shipping time, which will depend on the shipping method you choose.

We offer two options:

Standard shipping for $6.99, which will be shipped from Asia and take 8-12 business days to arrive, and fast shipping for $19.99, which will be shipped from the US and take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

Or, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

We’re sorry to hear that your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or other logistical issues can cause delays in shipping. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us if your order is past the estimated delivery time and we will do our best to help you track down your package or find a suitable solution.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing with your tracking information. Sometimes, it can take a few days for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped. Additionally, there may be a delay in the tracking information if the package has not yet been scanned by the carrier. If your tracking information is still not working after a few days, please contact us and we will investigate the issue for you.

Be sure to have your order number and email that was used to make the purchase when contacting our support.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 worldwide, international shipments now take longer to be checked and shipped than usual. Sincerely apologize for the delay and hope you can understand and kindly wait for the package.

ORDER

As our all-over-print t-shirts are custom-made, printed and tailored to each individual order, we may not be able to make changes to an order once it has been produced. If you request a change to your order, we will contact our production team to see if your order has already been produced. If it hasn’t, we will make the necessary changes for you. However, please note that we may not be able to make changes to your order if it has already entered the production process. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your order, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order. This will allow us to expedite the production process to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

After making your purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, and shipping address). After this timeframe, your order will go into production, and we cannot change it for you.

When an order is placed, we immediately email you your receipt. This email (the confirmation email) also contains your order details.
If you did not receive your confirmation email, please follow these steps:
Check your spam folder and other email accounts, especially if you checked out with PayPal.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Out of the time, we will not be able to cancel/changing your order any more. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 12 hours of receiving your order. Personalized items cannot be exchanged as we cannot stock them. If you need to return or exchange your order, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.
