Return & Refund Policy

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number along with the specific change or cancellation request. We’ll confirm with you once the request has been processed.

Note: Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Please be aware that cancellations are subject to a management, processing, and transaction fee equal to 20% of your total order value.

Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you received your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email us at Help@WearAvenue.com or use our contact page with the subject line: “Return WearAvenue Items”. Please attach a copy of your receipt and a photo of the package.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for any opened product, especially for consumables, due to health and safety regulations.


Refund Conditions

For a refund to be issued, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition

  • Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork

  • Returns must be shipped via an insured and trackable service

  • Packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the delivery date
    (e.g., if delivered on January 1, the return must be postmarked by January 31)

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used, including gift cards. We cannot issue refunds to alternate payment methods.

We highly recommend contacting our support team before returning any items to confirm if your order is eligible for a return or exchange. If an item is returned without prior consultation and doesn’t meet our criteria, no refund will be issued, and you will be notified via email with your available options.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to officially post

  3. Reach out to your bank — processing times can vary

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, don’t worry—we’ll make it right.

Simply contact us at Help@WearAvenue.com and we will:

  • Provide a 100% full refund for our error

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost to you (delivery within 1–5 business days)

You won’t need to pay anything extra—we take full responsibility.


What If I Received a Defective or Wrong Product?

If your order arrived with an issue, please contact our support team at Help@WearAvenue.com and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photo or video of the defective/incorrect item (if applicable)

  • Your full delivery address

  • A contact phone number

In certain cases, photo or video evidence may be required to process a refund or replacement.
