MADE TO ORDER WITH DEDICATION

All of our products are individually handcrafted to order—from design and printing to cutting and sewing. This personalized process ensures your piece is truly one of a kind. Due to the level of detail involved, production typically takes approximately 5-7 days.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINE

Once production is complete, your item will be shipped directly from our skilled artisans in Hong Kong to your doorstep. Please allow 8 to 12 days for delivery. While it may take a bit longer than standard shipping, we believe the wait is worth it for a truly custom product.

  • Shipping Fee: $5.99 for the first item, plus $2 for each additional item.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding major U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • At this time, we do not offer shipping to U.S. military bases.

  • Expedited shipping is currently unavailable.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.

Note: Please allow 3–5 business days for the tracking information to update as your package moves through carrier facilities.


INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

If your package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will notify you by email. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will issue a refund for the order subtotal.

Important: Refunds are only processed after the package is returned to us. Once processed, banks may take 2–8 business days to complete the refund.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you request changes or rerouting after the order has shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that may occur.


LOST PACKAGES

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we’re happy to either reship your order or issue a full refund. Please reach out to us at Help@WearAvenue.com and we’ll make it right.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.

  • Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team at Help@WearAvenue.com with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, your full delivery address, and a contact number.

  • Missing Items: Occasionally, items may ship separately. If something is missing, please get in touch and we’ll assist right away.

  • Refunds: For defective items, a full refund will be issued. For all other cases, refunds exclude original shipping and handling charges.
